Join our Team Today
- Apply - Choose your track (ElevIQ Foundation or STC Innovations) and complete a short application form.
- Acceptance Email - If you’re selected as one of the first 25 coaches, you’ll receive an email confirming your spot and free access as a Founding Coach.
- Onboarding Session - Join Tammy and Cecil for a 30-minute onboarding session to walk through ElevIQ and your coach console.
- Use ElevIQ in Real Coaching - Start using ElevIQ with real clients—veterans, students, employees, or cohorts—as part of your normal coaching work.
- Influence the Tool - Participate in 2–3 feedback circles to help co-design features, reports, and workflows that support real-world coaching.
- Recognition & Opportunities - Be listed as a Founding Coach, and gain priority access for pilots, speaking opportunities, and future certification paths.
